1. How long does it take for me to receive the package?

All orders require processing before shipment. The total time from order placement to delivery consists of two key phases: processing time and shipping time.

An order status of "Processing" indicates that your order has been validated and entered our fulfillment workflow. This phase is necessary to verify your contact and delivery details, sort your items, conduct rigorous quality and functionality checks, and complete professional packaging. Once your order is properly packed, it will be transferred to our logistics partner for shipping.

An order status of "Shipping" means your items have been dispatched, and you can track your package once the courier updates the tracking number in their system. Given that we handle international shipments, your package may be in transit or undergoing customs clearance during this period. Tracking information will remain unchanged until the local courier picks up the parcel and scans it. For expedited express services, please allow up to 10 days for tracking updates; for ocean shipping, this may take up to 20 days. Feel free to contact our support team if you need assistance checking your shipment status.

Please note that international shipping policies and recent tariff regulations may impact the estimated delivery date. Therefore, minor delays within a reasonable range during international transportation are considered normal and expected.

A. Processing time begins from the moment your payment is confirmed and your order is verified. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.

B. You may modify your order details after placement—including, but not limited to, changing the color, size, style, or product type, as well as updating your delivery address—only before shipment begins. For full terms, please review our Cancellation & Return Policy carefully. If modifications are made, processing time will restart from the date your revised order is confirmed, and we will send you an updated estimated delivery time via email.

C. Processing time may be extended during holiday periods, including both Chinese festivals and local holidays in your region. We will notify you in advance of any such delays.

A. We are pleased to inform you that we cover all customs taxes for your orders. You no longer need to worry about unexpected customs duties—we have taken care of these fees for you, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience whether you are shopping locally or internationally.

B. Within 1–2 business days of your order being successfully dispatched, we will send the tracking number to the email address registered with your account.

C. Due to varying shipping regulations across different regions, some products may only be eligible for standard shipping. If the expedited express option is not available at checkout, this means express shipping is currently unavailable for your order or delivery location.

D. To comply with international shipping policies, customs regulations, and packaging requirements, items in your order may be shipped in separate parcels and may not arrive fully assembled. We will notify you if your order is split into multiple shipments, and no additional shipping fees will be charged for this service.

2. How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the items you select, your delivery address, and the shipping method you choose. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

A. Ensure you have selected the correct country/region and entered an accurate delivery address;

B. All available shipping methods will be listed, along with their estimated delivery times and corresponding fees;

Delivery Area Surcharge may apply when shipping to certain remote locations. The applicable shipping options and their total costs (including any surcharges) will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

3. How do I estimate the Delivery Time?

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The Estimated Delivery Date shown on our website is a calculated timeframe based on standard processing and shipping conditions, including your delivery destination, selected shipping method, carrier guidelines, and our historical shipping data.

The Estimated Delivery Date represents the expected date we will fulfill your order, taking into account both processing time and shipping time for your specific country/region and chosen shipping method.

The Estimated Delivery Date may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or carrier delays. In particular, recent strict international shipping policies and tariff regulations may result in transportation delays.

Please Note:

We are not liable for delays caused by the following situations:

A. Changes or corrections to contact information or delivery address after order placement;

B. Modifications to your order details (e.g., changing product color, size, etc.) after placement;

C. The courier making a first delivery attempt within the Estimated Delivery Date, if you miss the delivery, arrange for pickup, or provide an invalid address—we are not responsible for the time it takes to reschedule delivery or retrieve your package;

D. Your delivery address being located in a remote area.

4. Could I get any compensation if there is a shipping delay?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, due to high order volumes and various factors that may cause unexpected delays during international transportation, your order may arrive later than expected.

To apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping delays, we offer the following compensation based on the length of the delay:

- Delays within 7 days of the estimated delivery date are considered reasonable and do not qualify for compensation.

- For delays of 8–14 days, we will provide complimentary gifts as compensation.

- For delays of 15–21 days, we will offer a partial refund of 5% of the product price (up to $20), plus an additional coupon for your next purchase.

- For delays of 22–35 days, we will offer a partial refund of 10% of the product price (up to $50), plus an extra coupon for your next purchase.

- If the delay exceeds 35 days, please contact us directly. We will provide a discount of up to 15% on the item price (up to $100), plus an extra coupon for your future orders.

Important Notes:

A. Compensation is calculated based on the number of days elapsed after the estimated delivery date displayed on our website.

B. This compensation policy only applies to delays caused by shipping or logistics issues. Delays resulting from incomplete shipping information or missed delivery attempts are not eligible for compensation.

C. Compensation is calculated based on the actual product price you paid, excluding shipping fees, insurance costs, and any applied coupons. (For example: If your total order amount is $120, including $100 for the product and $20 for international shipping, the refund will be calculated based on the $100 product price, not the $120 total.)

5. About Optional Shipping Service - Insurance

Our optional Shipping Insurance is available at checkout to provide extra protection for your valuable items during international transportation.

With additional insurance service:

1. Free replacement for items damaged during transit.

2. Enhanced packaging to minimize damage risks (highly recommended for high-value items).

3. We strongly recommend arranging in-person delivery with the carrier:

- If damage is reported after delivery, we will only offer free reshipment or a partial refund (depending on the circumstances), as the responsibility for the damage cannot be confirmed.

- If you refuse delivery due to visible package damage, no return shipping fees will be charged.

4. If your package is damaged during transit:

- We can replace damaged or missing parts. For packages with severe damage, we can resend a brand-new product in full.

- If both parties agree not to proceed with a replacement and you choose not to return the damaged item, a maximum refund of 40% of the product price is available.

Without additional insurance service:

1. Replacement for transit damage is subject to specific conditions.

*Additional costs may apply depending on the situation.

2. Standard packaging will be used for your order.

3. If you refuse delivery due to visible package damage, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees, including customs clearance charges and handling fees. In such cases, the maximum refund available is 20% of the product price.

4. If your package is damaged during transit:

- We can only replace damaged or missing parts; full product replacement is not available.

- If both parties agree not to proceed with a replacement and you choose not to return the damaged item, a maximum refund of 20% of the product price is available.

  • Do all of your items ship from the USA?

AiHouse shop operates multiple warehouses worldwide, including locations in California, New Jersey, Georgia, China, and the Czech Republic. Your items will be shipped from the nearest warehouse that has your selected products in stock to minimize delivery time.

 

  • How long does delivery normally take?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select during checkout.

  • I still haven’t received my package. Where is my order?

Your estimated delivery date includes both processing time and shipping time—please allow until this date for your order to arrive. For more details, check the Shipping Info page.
All our shipments are trackable. To follow your order’s progress, simply log into your account, go to "My Orders", and click "Track Order Details".

  • Why was my package returned?

Possible reasons for package return include:
1) Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Failed delivery attempts

    We may split your order into multiple shipments under the following circumstances:

    • Why did the attempted delivery fail?

    Failed delivery attempts may be caused by the following reasons:

    3. Parcel delay due to carrier issues

    • Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

    Tracking information updates may take some time. For shipments from our international warehouses, tracking details will remain unchanged while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance, until it reaches the next logistics hub. Occasionally, shipping companies may experience delays in updating package statuses. We will make every effort to update the information for you, or feel free to contact us for help.

     

    • Why is my package status showing delivered but not delivered?

    Packages marked as "delivered" may have been left in your mailbox, with a neighbor, or at a designated safe location. We recommend checking these places first. You can also contact the shipping company with your tracking number and ID to confirm the delivery location. Your tracking number can be found by clicking "Track Order Details" under "My Orders".

    • What if I am not at my shipping address?

    • Why does it show that my tracking number is invalid?

    If a tracking number has been provided, this confirms that your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
    After leaving our warehouse, parcels are transported by plane to the shipping company’s processing center. Once the local courier picks up and scans the parcel, the tracking information will be updated in the system. It may take 3–5 days for any tracking activity to appear after your parcel leaves our facility.
    Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking details once the package reaches the next logistics station.

    Leave fields blank if they do not apply to your shipping or billing address.

    Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," or similar phrases in any field.

    Enter information in the corresponding designated fields.

    For example, do not input city or state information in the "Address Line 2" field—use the dedicated city and state fields provided instead.

    Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters.

    Our systems cannot process characters such as Chinese or Cyrillic letters. Entering non-English characters in any address field may cause delays in shipping your package.
