Our Guarantees
AiHouse stands behind every order with clear, fair guarantees. Below you’ll find how we protect you against damage-on-arrival, how conditional returns work, and when you can cancel. For help, email contact@aihouse.com.
1) 14-Day DOA (Damaged on Arrival)
If one or more items arrive damaged, incorrect, or not working, you’re covered by our 14-Day DOA Guarantee. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product, depending on the case. If you are very dissatisfied, contact us — our team will work toward a complete solution.
Deadline: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include the materials listed below.
2) What We Need to Process a Claim
- Your order number and the affected item/SKU;
- Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue;
- Photo of the shipping label and original packaging (outer box + inner foam/bag).
We’ll review your claim and contact you if anything else is needed to proceed.
3) Return Authorization & Address
Please contact our customer team before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and AiHouse will not be responsible for parcels sent without prior approval. After authorization, we’ll provide the correct return address.
4) Components to Return
Unless agreed otherwise, return the complete item with its original packaging and all accessories (e.g., batteries, cables, chargers). If any component is missing, we may deduct its value from the refund.
5) 60-Day Conditional Return
- No quality/appearance defect but you’re not satisfied: we can arrange a partial refund of the item price (shipping/insurance not refundable). You’re responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Product damaged or not working: refer to the 14-Day DOA section (or any category warranty, if applicable). Responsibility for return shipping depends on fault assessment.
Returns must include all accessories in good condition. Requests made after 60 days from delivery are not eligible.
6) Cancellation Guarantee
Want to cancel or change an order that hasn’t been processed? Contact us as soon as possible at contact@aihouse.com.
- Expected ship date has passed but the order hasn’t shipped: you may cancel for a refund. Once approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
- Parcels already processed/shipped: cannot be cancelled as “unshipped”. If you’re not satisfied within 60 days of receipt, see the 60-Day Conditional Return.
7) How to Start a Claim
- Email contact@aihouse.com with the materials listed in “What We Need”.
- Wait for our authorization and return instructions (address + packing checklist).
- Ship the parcel and email us your tracking number and receipt.
- After warehouse inspection confirms eligibility, we’ll issue your replacement/partial refund within 1–5 business days.
8) Important Notes
- Contact us first: returns sent without authorization will be refused. This ensures your parcel is routed correctly and processed quickly.
- International returns: you are responsible for return postage and any customs clearance fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Packaging: use the original packaging when possible; insufficient packaging may affect eligibility.
