This page explains how AiHouse processes, ships, and tracks your order for customers in the US, UK, EU and other regions. Questions? Email us at contact@aihouse.com.

1) Processing Time

Orders are verified and prepared before they ship. This includes contact/address confirmation, sorting items, quality checks, and protective packaging.

  • Status “Processing”: your order is confirmed and being prepared.
  • Status “Shipped”: your parcel has been handed to the carrier; a tracking link is provided after the carrier’s first scan.

Standard Processing: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Notes: (A) Processing time starts once payment is confirmed. (B) Changes to color/size/style or address can extend processing; we’ll email updated ETAs. (C) Peak seasons & public holidays may add extra days.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Choose your preferred method at checkout. Transit times below are typical estimates and may vary by exact address and carrier operations.

Tracking usually appears 24–72h after dispatch (first carrier scan). Remote or rural addresses may require additional days. PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be limited or unavailable depending on the carrier.

3) Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on items, destination, and method. If your address is in a carrier-defined remote area, a surcharge may apply (shown automatically at checkout when you enter your address).

4) How We Calculate Estimated Delivery

Estimated Delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time

Estimates can be impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, customs inspection, carrier network delays). We’ll always do our best to help if something runs late — just reach us at contact@aihouse.com.

When we’re not responsible for delays

  • Delivery address or contact details changed/corrected after purchase;
  • Order details changed after purchase (color/size/style);
  • First delivery attempt occurred on/before the estimated date but was missed or the address was invalid;
  • Delivery to remote/rural areas requiring additional handling.

5) Late Delivery — Goodwill Policy

We appreciate your patience and offer goodwill solutions if a shipment arrives significantly later than the estimate:

  • Up to 7 days late: considered within a reasonable range (no compensation).
  • 8–14 days late: courtesy gift or coupon.
  • 15–21 days late: 5% refund of item price (up to $20) + coupon.
  • 22–35 days late: 10% refund of item price (up to $50) + coupon.
  • Over 35 days late: up to 15% discount (up to $100) on item price or an alternative resolution.

Calculated against the estimated delivery date shown at purchase. Applies to carrier/logistics-related delays only, excluding shipping fee/insurance and any used coupons.

6) Optional Shipping Protection

Add protection at checkout for extra peace of mind during international transit.

With Protection

  • Free replacement for damage in transit;
  • Enhanced packaging (recommended for high-value orders);
  • Face-to-face delivery recommended. If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery — no return shipping fee will be charged;
  • If damage is confirmed after delivery, we’ll offer a free reshipment or a partial refund depending on the case.

Without Protection

  • Conditional replacement for damage in transit (additional costs may apply);
  • Standard packaging;
  • If you refuse a visibly damaged parcel, return shipping/clearance fees may apply; partial refund limits are lower.

7) Customs, Address & Other Notes

  • Customs & Duties: Depending on route and value, duties/VAT may apply. Where prepaid options are available, we’ll select them to minimize your cost. If fees are due upon arrival, the carrier will contact you.
  • Split Shipments: Items may ship separately for speed/packaging. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel at no extra cost.
  • Incorrect/Undeliverable Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. Re-delivery or address correction fees (if any) are billed by the carrier.
  • Tracking Support: If tracking hasn’t updated within 10 days (express) or 20 days (economy), email contact@aihouse.com and we’ll investigate.
